Toyota New Supplier Audit Readiness
Challenge
A global automotive supplier operating a North American manufacturing facility was preparing for a Toyota new supplier evaluation. While the facility demonstrated strong quality performance and robust manufacturing systems, leadership recognized that Toyota supplier audits evaluate more than performance metrics. Success requires clear alignment between documented systems, production floor execution, operator understanding, and Toyota Production System expectations.

Zielinski and Associates participated in a comprehensive supplier readiness assessment focused on evaluating the facility through the lens of a Japanese OEM supplier audit.
